Why Pilates?
Pilates is an exercise method that improves our mind-body connection and helps us optimize our strength, mobility, and confidence. It teaches us awareness and appreciation and inspires us to move in such a way that all of our other movements become stronger. Whether it be running, hiking, dancing, golfing, or reaching for something on the top shelf, Pilates prepares our bodies, minds, and hearts to do it better.
